Sometimes, a dealership's Network Administrator configures each end-user profile so that they don't have access to the Registry directly (using regedit or regedt32) and some registry keys are restricted.
In order for PACCAR Price and Availability to work properly, end-users must have at least FULL CONTROL to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPACCAR key in the registry, including FULL CONTROL in ALL the SubKeys below it: CustomerAndParts, PacPartsAvail, etc...
How to do it?
Using Window's REGEDT32.EXE utility:
1. Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPACCAR key
2. Click on the "Security" menu option
3. Click on the "Permissions" menu option
4. Click the "Replace Permission on Existing Subkeys" option
5. Add users
6. Click "OK".
